Redmi Note 10 Review - Finally! by 3zaza3: 12:15pm On Mar 29, 2021 |
XiaoMi's new lineup of note series have seen a significant upgrade especially in the adoption of a Super AMOLED display. The Redmi Note 10 also sees an upgrade in its processor, sporting the Snapdragon 678 Processor and Adreno 612 GPU. Unlike the Redmi Note 10 Pro, the Note 10 does not have a high refresh rate display. It is a phone sure to give the competition a run for its money. But... with all these new features, is the experience with the Redmi Note 10 all sunshine and roses? The Note 10 is currently priced at $220/N88,500 for the 4GB | 128GB option. This is a full review of XiaoMi's new Redmi Note 10 including a gaming and camera test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RCak96ZOtc 1 Like 1 Share |

Limassol:What did you read? Oga read well and direct your question to transsion fans Ask them Is this still useless in Nigeria? Afterall every feature that sound strange to their device is automatically useless in Nigeria untill they experience it on their hot plates. NFC is useless in Nigeria IR Blaster is useless in Nigeria IP67, IP68, IP69 are all useless in Nigeria Amoled, Oled, Super Amoled gled are all useless in Nigeria Gorilla glass is useless in Nigeria Mind you, before these features below came to their hotplate, same transsion fans were screaming Android Upgrade was useless in Nigeria Gcam was useless in Nigeria U.F.S storage was useless in Nigeria Helio G70 and Helio G90T were useless in Nigeria, Nigerians would rather play games on console and pc USB Type C was useless in Nigeria, i can go on and on. Demented fellows. 34 Likes 4 Shares |

Specs at low price is one thing, quality of those specs is another thing. A 48mp camera on a Redmi might not even come close in comparison with a 12mp camera in a Samsung or iPhone. Same goes for display quality. A 1080p 409ppi display on a Redmi, be it AMOLED or LCD, is nothin to right home about in terms of quality of display. in fact you you might even hate watching videos on the phone! Now, what really baffles me is that phones from some other OEMs, even with lesser specs, gives you so much more in terms of quality! 1 Like |

Nice one from Xiaomi. Although AMOLED has grade. Some AMOLED you'll see will make you prefer LCD. 3 Likes |

The AMOLED panel on the Redmi Note 10pro is the same with the one on the Galaxy S21 and the Mi11, made by Samsung. 1 Like 1 Share |

dboyoji: You want me to believe that Redmi's Note 10 pro has the same display as Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra? The specs below proves you wrong! REDMI NOTE 10 PRO DISPLAY Type: AMOLED, 120Hz, HDR10, 450 nits (typ), 1200 nits (peak) Size: 6.67 inches, 107.4 cm2 (~85.6% screen-to-body ratio) Resolution: 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~395 ppi density) GALAXY S21 ULTRA DISPLAY Type: Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 120Hz, HDR10+, 1500 nits (peak) Size: 6.8 inches, 112.1 cm2 (~89.8% screen-to-body ratio) Resolution: 1440 x 3200 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~515 ppi density) And I bet you, if Samsung should make a phone with same display specs as Redmi Note 10 pro, Samsung's display will still be far much better than that of Redmi. 2 Likes |

Bluekapon:I didn't state that. It is all over the internet. I think the panel is called Samsung E40 Material OLED Display. It is a flexible panel. It is on the K40 and Mi11. The differences in the display specs of the two phones you compared are features the companies are offering using the panel. The S21 should offer more. The K40 and the Mi11 should also offer more. Personally, I don't like the fact that the Redmi Note 10 does not offer DC dimming for now. A software update can fix it. 1 Like |
