bobowaja: Please...with this your see through juvenile instigation Nigeria is fighting mighty hard to keep those 5 percenters. There seems to be a disconnect between action n words. Calling a beautiful babe ugly hoping to hurt her feelings doesn't work guy. Why? Because she already knows what she is. Don't let that go over ya coconut head |

The reason is glaring to all. Foolish ig os from Aba will rather leave their destiny in the hands of criminals like Ikpeazu n Theodore Orji to keep wailing like the lunatic they are over Lagos Yoruba n Tinubu affairs. BluntCrazeMan: |

This happens when a senatorial district is populated by lunatic fixated on Lagos instead fixing their wretched land. BluntCrazeMan: |

Re: The 3.29% Turnout At The Aba North/south Bye-election Is Worrisome by garfield1: 5:33pm On Mar 29, 2021 |
BluntCrazeMan: Oga,the law in that case did not allow for a recount or a fresh election.a recount could have been called for if the results or votes were null or voided or if inec provided result sheets.only apc provided result sheets, inec refused to provide their own and therefore according to law, that of apc will stand in the absence of contrary results.the courts got it right albeit controversially. Inec job is subject to the courts.the courts have the final say |

Re: The 3.29% Turnout At The Aba North/south Bye-election Is Worrisome by garfield1: 5:42pm On Mar 29, 2021 |
BluntCrazeMan: Oga,the constitution gave the courts the powers to scrutinize or supervise inec which includes recounting of votes.this is not the first time the courts are doing this.it happened in edo 2008,ondo2008,osun 2010,ekiti 2010 etc....all inec decisions are subject to judicial review.read the electoral act... Elections can only be cancelled if there constitutional two third requirement wasnt met or if there was massive violence, rigging or over voting which wasnt the case.moreover, the apc candidate never requested for a cancellation or recount....he claimed that his votes were under recorded or wrongfully collated and that most of his votes were not recorded and he provided evidences which inec and pdp couldn't controvert... |

Even if it was 1% vote cast, my joy is that APC has been defeated. How could one be in Senate and expect people to vote for his kid bro to be in the House of Representatives? Is his family the only one qualified for leadership? |

marvin906:Not really my expectation. Every eligible person in dis country by now should have been identified with a special unique no. and must be the ones only allowed to vote by any means possible especially, through electronics means like internet enabled or any other means possible. Because of the insecurity ravaging the nation, eligible voters should be protected by all means necessary. |
