While excavation of the eatery is going on we are setting out the residential building plan on one side to meet up with our work program.

Eatery foundation almost done, we are shifting to residential building foundation by Monday.

Could you believed that, the plant we used here to demolished the existing building and excavation of top soil cost only N90k

When we contacted direct laborers to see how to save cost we realized that by using them( laborers) it will slow the time of work ( like 1 weeks) and the cost is:

3500 *10( workers) a day=35,000
35,000*7Days=245,000
(Demolition, packing, top soil remover)

Boom we go for the plant ( bulldozer) 90k

245,000-90,000=155,000

We save N155,000 for the client.( we just add only 25k

The money saved here now used for the whole 2 building foundation excavation N150,000

I like your idea of having only one personal house in same location ,why do someone need 2 personal house in same city, it’s better to have one and many commercial building

Second building trench excavation is in progress.
We have about 2000 blocks already on ground,
And more block production is going on.

Still on 1st week of the project and we have covered 80pec of work programmed for 2 weeks
“Guys are not smiling here”
We are targeting 22weeks to finished up the job, although we agreed for 25weeks to deliver the job.
