Hi everyone I have always been healthy,but I noticed I have been loosing weight so I decided to check my sugar level and it was high ,but I ate bitter leaf raw and plenty veggies and stayed away from sugar ,it’s back to normal now
My question now is does that mean u have diabetes or it’s just hyperglycemia?

Certainly not, pretty, but if you let it rise uncontrolled, it could lead to diabetes. But it means that u have to be very cautious about your intake of sugary stuffs. Avoid junk foods, eat a lot of fibre, vegetable, okra. instead of eating fufu, eat Amala, wheat, semo unripe plantain and all those flour foods and garri. They have practically no or low in sugar. U can still eat beans products. Exercise a lot too, cos it causes sweat, which releases sugar. You can take yoghurt too, but extremely limit your mineral/ malt intake, very very important. Take honey a lot... Original one o. They are many in Taraba state. Honey has no sugar, but just the taste. You can take gluformin , metformin or diabetemin tabs... 500 mg to keep it there kpam kpam. Take a tab once daily. Check every two weeks, so u make sure the tabs don't over reduce d sugar o . When it gets reduced, Then u can be taking the tabs one in three daysNo shaking. One love
