I didn't sell anything. Was trying to help someone in Germany with a family in need here. In fact, I already transferred my own money without getting this. I just hope this is not scam though the sender seems to be bigger than that.

But what could make it exceed 21 days because I know someone whose fund was held for 3 months? I don't think he'd recall.
