Only government agencies will give you such figures. Perhaps agencies like EFCC, ICPC, Bureau for Public Procurement, etc.
I strongly doubt that Nigeria has a mechanism for measuring and containing bribery and corruption among its agencies.
Buhari is leaving the office in 2 years.
The question we should all be asking is, "What corruption-checking institutional reforms has he implemented after spending nearly 6 years in office?
It just appears like another wasted administration.
2 decades after democracy, we still have that Jan.jaweed approach of using weak institutions of the state to fight perceived political enemies.
Leadership transcends building roads and bridges.
