Hello folks. I am living in Brazil now. I once followed this trend while I was in Nigeria long before the covid 19 started. The advise people gave was very helpful hence I have come here to be giving first hand information regarding every questions you guys have. One thing I will say first is this. This idea of giving birth in Brazil is favourable for those who can afford it. FOR THOSE OF U COMING HERE TO COME HUSTLE FOR MONEY, ABEG, FORGET IT! Unless u be Yahoo boy or unless u coming for drug with 80%chance of going to jail one day. As developed as Brazil is, its indeed still more like a third world country. 6 Likes |

oluayebenz: Agreed or not, can you compare Brazil to Nigeria? |
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by untamedd(f): 12:25pm On Apr 10, 2021 |
Osasu007: It really depends on what you mean by “hustle”. If you’re talking about menial jobs like one can easily get in the US and make money, then you might be right. The first issue is that you can’t even speak their Language and Brazilians do not speak and are uninterested yours too. If you’re looking for jobs that you can get with your degree, then there are opportunities for English speakers, you just have to do your proper research. There are expats from different countries from all over working and living in Brazil with their families and love it. Heck, people travel to Brazil just to teach English. Do your research If you’re a someone who works remotely or a digital nomad, you should definitely consider living in Brazil (post covid) while you work from your Brazil home, coffee shop, restaurantes because Brazil definitely has the quality of life and everything Nigeria does not have. 1 Like |

oluayebenz: My brother, pls don't even bother arguing with anyone, especially those who don't even know their way to international airport at Lagos. My purpose here is to enlighten those who are coming to Brazil for the purpose of making money. Think again! |

Osasu007:Why would anyone be thinking they can come to a country with so much inequalities and social problems like Brazil to make money in the first place. Do people even do their research before running away to this countries. 1 Like |

oluayebenz: If Brazil is 3rd world country then what is Nigeria presently? All the time I was at the Policia Federal office in Lapa we were all attended to orderly. Every one appllied themselves and the process was done smoothly. No 'arrangee', no 'padi-padi'. When I did my docs I didn't understand much Portuguese words so I couldn't follow the spoken instructions but the attendants didn't react harshly nor did dey bark instructions at me out of annoyance. Despite not being a citizen I was well treated I was in Nigerian Immigration Service Ikoyi office on Tuesday to renew my Nigerian passport using the self-service (Servicom) method and they kept delaying my process by dropping my files, replying rudely to enquire I made cos they were busy fast tracking almost 90% of applicants that paid double the amount I paid to agents. They kept frustrating me just to discourage what is supposedly the right method to apply for the passport. While I was in line to capture, light were outs for 2hrs and no fuel to power the generator so we had to wait in line in the hot office sweating. Imagine the immigration office having a 2hrs blackout and the whole office acting like it's not an issue. 2 Likes |
