Unknown Gunmen again attack Mgbowo and Enugu/Port Harcourt Checkpoints
Unknown gunmen during the afternoon hours attacked two major police checkpoint in Enugu state, leaving many scampering for their lives.

The Dismantled police checkpoints were in Awgu LGA along Enugu/Porthacourt Express road, Enugu.

They first stormed Ogbaku police CheckPoint and consequently headed to Mgbowo police CheckPoint and destroyed them, an eye witnessed said.

The total number of causalities can not be ascertained for now but report has it that one police officer was killed

Arms were also carted away as remaining officers scamper for safety leaving behind their slain colleague and guns.

It is shameless for the IGP to categorically come out to announce those responsible for the attacks in Imo less than 24hrs afta the attack considering even the state police headquarters were razed. How and where did dwy conduct their investigations in less than a day to determine dat when till date they are yet to tell us those behind the attack on Ortom, those behind the kidnappings in kaduna and environs
