Not necessarily.

They can decide to birth the last two kids on same date as the First (April 8th) if their delivery is through CS. If the expected due date EDD is end of April, you can decide to have them 3 weeks earlier as long as the foetus is at least 37 weeks.

The conception date is a big factor though. Only God can accurately decide that.

It could but no. They probably induced his wife to fall into labour the same day. Meanwhile, both Griez and his wife must have targeted the same mouth but same day is probably by induction.

You are correct,it's not a coincidence!
In Reproductive Health,we can determine the months of conception if both patners are reproductively healthy!
Three to Five days after end of menstruation each month kick starts the ovulation process which determines conception.With this in mind,you can decide what month of the year your patner will conceive which in turn gives an expected delivery month.The accuracy in date is as a result of surgery(CS).
