In childish exuberance, I attempted to intimidate someone who seemed quiet till this guy grabbed me with arms like iron and just held me there. He did not beat me but in that moment I was totally helpless and that was when I realized that true strength is not expressed in your ability to show yourself.

Being quiet could be a sign of deadliness. The deadly ones do not make noise.

Actually the true test of moral courage is the ability to ignore an insult!

I arrested one of my neighbors last week for pushing me.

Bastard didn't know I could beat him to a pulp if I want (am a kickboxer).

I chose a more rational approach - get him arrested.

Bastard had to path with 20k to gain his freedom and went round telling everyone I arrested him because we had an argument over sand.

People were shocked but my wife knows me well, I can do really bad stuff that will shock most people.

I just chose a milder approach.

Next time I will get him beaten up before arresting him.

The real strength is when you are in position to deal with those that stepped on your toes and you let them go. Most time they become speechless or shocked and you have left them with an impression they will never 4get

Being quiet is the peak of Being strong.
A strong person ends up being quiet.
Quietness is the peak of strength.
Lets take God for example,
you cant see him, you cant touch him, you can abuse him anyhow you want, he wount say a dime.
But that silence is strength....

Personally, I’m a quiet person but I can categorically say that being quiet is not weakness. Infact being quiet is a sign of strength for me because people don’t know what’s in my mind. I don’t take shit from people and I can change it for anyone who try or intrude on my right in a matter of seconds.

Most people are surprised when they see me react sometimes because I can react from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds.

If you are quiet never be weak because people will just trample on you anyhow they like. Most especially in relationships.

Me am quiet o. I mean quiet. Even my voice is not loud. Even my new gf asked me last month if I can fight. I smiled. She don't know am quiet but not gentle. Inside my quietness, I have bad part which is hot temper. Though I overlook a lot BUT when I spark, I spark to d finish.

well am such a quite person that sometimes I became worried that maybe am being weak. But the surprise thing to me is that I don't even react vigorously to what is done to me the way I do when it is done to someone related to me, like my siblings. It irritates me more when I see my loved ones been hurt than the way it irritates me if it was done to me. I remember one particular day I came back from work, I saw my sister face swollen I ask she told me that is their security man at her work place did it to her. I was boiling that night I did not sleep waiting to see when day will break. Thank God am on afternoon shift the next day at my work place. Without minding that my place of work is just opposite to my house, and where my sister is working, is on the same street with where am working. So on the next day, Haven made up my mind throughout the night that am going to give him his own burise, I went there with my sister the next day, when I got there my other sister was alreday there just as she was telling me to calm let their manager who is onyibo man settle the matter, because she told me the previous day that the manager said the security man will take her to hospital, I couldn't hold my anger immediately I sighted the security I grabbed him and we started fighting. Before I know what is happening the whole area was filled with housa okada riders cos the guy is a housa guy. When they finally separated us his face has already been disfigured. So walking down to our house, these housa people on seeing the face of the guy, they gathered in front of our house threatening to burn down the house. Before neighbor alerted the police, they came and took us to station. At the end we wrote statement and belled ourselves. From that day, we became friends. So am a very quiet guy but easily gets angry at what is done to a family member or friends. So been quite atimes is not been weak but a wise way of handling things.

It depends tho..mine is a peculiar story..im a quiet person and an introvert..when I joined a firm..my former boss saw in me the qualities I possesed and rated me high above the other staff who had stayed longer.im always focused and deliver good outputs.is don't have time for company gossips and politics.it brought toxicity and so much envy in the working environment.. they'll bring up different allegations against me but my boss could see through it that they were false even without asking me.
Long story short..my boss resigned and the next person took over..it was like hell was let loose on me as all the grievances they've had in their hearts..they poured it on me and talked the CEO into transferring me.. because I'm not a vocal person, I was transferred but I believe time would tell and the truth unearthed.

I have a brother in this category, the things he tolerates and keeps quiet about makes those close to him boil but he’ll just say it’s better to maintain peace. We know it’s just the cowardice speaking...

On the very few occasions he manage to express displeasure about something and it lead to an altercation he always confessed it bothers him and he is unable to face the person he had issues with

Most of the loud people are mentally weak.
I'm naturally a gentle guy but I'm far from being weak, I'm slow to anger and I don't take things seriously, I also see things differently which makes me a mystery among my friends.

Surprisingly, I'm the gentlest among my friends but the most energetic and strongest.

The greatest weapon. You can observe and counter attack anything coming your way and you can also strike from any angle .
