All one needs to do is, identify a problem that people are willing to pay for and conceptualize an idea that can solve it. You don't need to be tech savvy. Just know what you want and someone will develop it for you (Of course you'll pay). Take a look at this project I am working on (www.vapatrick.com). I have no idea how to build a site with these functionalities, but I got developers on Nairaland and Fiverr to implement it. It's about 60% complete now. Once all is set, and dollars can be received directly, all I need to do is, advertise for VAs (people to do the job) and clients. Nothing more, nothing less and the money will start rolling in.
