Yes, it's understandable that Nigerian military need serious civilian-military relationship rehabilitation especially at this trying times and neutral treatment to all citizens during operation, and people should also be very careful of attacking personnels!

And a tip, when you do your push ups you need to go down all the way till your chin hits the ground and when you go back up, extend your arms all the way out extending your shoulders upwards. It's harder but you get the best result. Doing 25 would be a miracle until you get used to it.
