While we have the bad ones, we equally have the good ones. However, it is imperative to know that most Nigerians sometimes act like animals. Though, I've never had any bad encounter with them and God willingly, I won't do. 4 Likes |

BAD EXPERIENCE They were collecting bribe. GOOD I remember tying the military bandana just to get something outside and I met with some soldiers. At first I thought due to the rumors of soldiers harrasing innocent citizens, they might mistake me for a prey. Well, to cut the long story short. Nothing happened and they were kind of lost so, I was called to help. They made some funny remarks as regards the bandana though but, that was it. 6 Likes |

A Nigerian soldier off duty early in the morning in port Harcourt rumuokoro round about, once beat and told a man, not just man a matured man to enter into gutter just because they were dragging one area they sell bread and the man trying to survive stepped foot on him. The man didn't hit him back but was saying I no do you anything o, hit me hit me na u get your power, the soldier just kept torturing the man. And nobody could do anything than be saying sorry oga no vex, leave am. That day I felt sooo pissed and annoyed. Things like dz happen everyday 27 Likes |

Nigerian uniformed men are mostly paranoid because they know we hate them. I have been in cars and saw my companion talk to officers in ways I considered borderline defensive/aggressive. If you see me talking to uniformed men, you won’t know I hate seeing them on roads. It works all the time. When I am driving interstate, I use them as a google map. Some are mad though, never met those ones. 6 Likes |

I have had many Terrible encounters with Soldiers but na this one Shock me Pass...Like 4yrs ago in Port Harcourt...I took a Cab Going to Choba from Eliozu Bridge and I totally forgot about the Soldiers we normally have at Rumuokoro(Bori camp back gate)before the roundabout...I totally,Forgot I had a Military Combat Short and Cap on...Na My Cousin own sef,I just borrowed them and didn't return them back. I was alone in the backseat of the cab,I was just busy with my phones not paying attention to what the Driver was doing...Not knowing to by cut the Hold up before the Rumuokoro roundabout the driver took one-way...And was on High Speed,Mind you I was still concentrating on my phone when the taxi stopped and I heard the driver telling some people"I carry Officer ohh,Na Officer dey Back"at that point I looked up and saw two soldiers looking at me closely from the window...I really, Didn't know what else to do but to Bone and look at them in the eyes...They stared and told the Driver to go....That was when I looked at myself saw I was still wearing the camou shorts and Cap I normally wear at home...I immediately,Slap the driver for head, the man shout"Oga,Wetin?!" I say,me and you talk before I tell you say I be Officer?!E say no but Oga you look like Officer with Wetin you dey wear...I tell am to shut up,say na God Save am say those soldiers no just reason us...Say next time communicate and Ask before you jump into Bloody conclusions. 52 Likes 4 Shares |
