The matter tire me. Even some private school teachers (no disrespect) de get plot, so wertin come be audio for plot. Suppose Ahib talk say the plot of land de banana island or Maitama, na em I for de wait make he explain how. Even though I do not know the area he mentioned but I do not want to believe it is in the same class as Asokoro, Ikoyi and other exotic areas Biafran4life: 1 Like |

If you dey go truly and I was asking you to tell me the location of three lounges, e for no hard you. You can deceive people wey no know what’s up with your stupid lies. Honestly, I think Lazyyouth4you is allergic to Ahiboilandgas. We all like ahiboilandgas and his contributions, he mustn't be attacked for expressing his views however he pleases. Ahiboilandgas is very unique on this thread, because he is one of the few aboki with southern business acumen and can voice his views on so many areas without being biased.. He should be encouraged and not attacked. We all know the challenges in the north, in terms of high level of illiteracy and poverty. So we should encourage one of them for joining us to talk about investments and innovations. Lazyyouth4you, please sheathe your sword and live and lets live. 16 Likes |

I know you are married to a foreigner, a Turkish precisely. If you are not a Nigerian and you know so much about Nigeria and Nigerians and even educate us about our country, I think you need an award. We shall send a letter to Abuja to include your name in the next group of patriotic Nigerians for national honorary medals. ahiboilandgas: 8 Likes |

If God give you a seed, don't share it as if it is harvest. Plant the seeds, so you can share harvest with your friends n family. Sharing seeds with your family is denying yourself and them from ever seeing the harvest. learn to distinguish what is in your hand if it is a seed to be invested or a harvest to be shared, Good evening fam 17 Likes 3 Shares |

richforever123:It's okay to believe what you want to believe. But I can critically tell you that alot of great contributors here are not audio like some small minds called them. They actually talk from personal experience and that's what a lot of people pay for in a conference. It is called information, we all know information is power and knowledge is wealth, some people are wealthy in knowledge and some are just trying to say it from their personal experience and not to brag about it. This thread was a village before full of like minded people, nobody has ever forced ideas on anyone and we respect each others opinion because everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if you dont like what you see, jump pass biko. I changed my moniker when I realized someone keeps talking about how S/he couldn't sleep because of the figures on my property that i rejected plus the thread is now full of hateful words and I used to post with the mindset of come chop. When sukuk bonds lll was out and some of the people who we invested together were worried because they didn't see their allotment letter, some of us posted our allocation letter here with nothing to worry about...just to keep ourselves informed that it would soon get to them. Someone had posted a property I intend to sell here before just to seek for negotiation advice without knowing the owner is on this same thread. I know some great contributors on this platform who had changed their moniker and deactivated their former handles because of constant attack for saying what they're not getting paid for. Why all the hate even on what we call faceless forum? Please guys, we don't need all these bad energy. Biko!!! 19 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: There is a biological ceiling on the number of people a person can know and relate with personally in a life time, It's ceiled at 150 persons(definition of a small village) Never consider yourself wealthy if you don't transcend the norms, values and culture of the group that surrounds you to live the life you truely desire......Norms values and culture of our group are the prisons we all are locked in and need to free ourselves from ..................... ahiboilandgas: 50ft by 100ft is a full plot. Some areas in Lagos have a full plot as 60ft by 120ft So a half plot would be 50ft by 50ft or 60ft by 60ft or 30ft by 120ft 1 Like |
