Thanks minister but I don't know about that. My 4 year old took one bite without considering how hot it still was and took off screaming. I can tell you for sure he wasn't pleased. To me it wasn't hot but you know how kids can be sometimes.

How did you cook the rice. I'm willing to learn. I pls gimme the recipes and the steps to cooking it.

Thanks in advance.

Very easy, wash your meat and boil then use the meat water to cook the rice, I will advice chicken or turkey as they taste better.

While cooking the rice dice your capsicums I love using (red, green and yellow), carrots, green beans, onions, ginger, garlic and liver (cook your liver separately and dice into small pieces).

After all stir fry all the vegetables for 10-15, then add the rice into the mix vegetable and keep mixing for 5-6 minutes and let it cook for 2 mins.

That all. Hope it helps.

Hello, your chin chin looks so nice can please tell me the ingredients and steps to make it. Thanks

Ingredients.
2 cups of flour.
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.
1 egg.
1/2 cup of milk(powdered or liquid).
2 tablespoons of sugar(or as you like).
2 tablespoons of Butter.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Oil for frying.
Water(VERY LITTLE).

Steps.
1. Sift your flour and baking powder into a bowl.
2. Add your sugar, nutmeg, milk(if powdered), and mix.
3. Add your butter and mix thoroughly.
4. You can create a hole and pour in your whisked egg.
5. Combine very well.
6. Add a little water. If you're using liquid milk, instead of water, you'll add it here.
7. Mix until you form a dough that's not too stiff or sticky and set aside for say 10-15 minutes.
8. On your working table, sprinkle flour and take your dough, as much as you can handle, and roll with either your hand or a rolling pin.
9. Roll it as flat or as thick as you'll want your chin chin to be and cut into your desired shapes with a cutter or knife.
10. Fry the already cut in bits dough and take it down when you've achieved the desired browning you like.

Your meat pie looks very nice. I alway have problem with the dough being too thick.
Pls can you send me the dough measurements/recipe?

You need a measuring cup if you are worried about that. Plus after a while, it's more about the feel of the dough more that anything. If you don't have a measuring cup, use a tea cup. It's about the same. The most important thing is how much butter ratio to flour you use. When you mix the butter in the flour and you start feeling the flour crumbling in your hands, you know you got it right before adding the eggs.
