Pls, who has the contact information of the nmfb branch in ikeja? I have been approved since mid March but yet to receive alert. Again does gtbank delay payment coz someone I know received this week and I got approval before him.

You don't need a reference number to access the portal.

Only your bvn is required.

good evening everyone. xo i accepted my mums loan offer since November 2020. up until now no payment, i have gone to their office here in port harcourt like thrice, and i was told they have already disbursed the money to my mums account after checking their system. i went there the next day with my mums bank statement to show that the money hasnt been paid. the lady i met there said the people in abuja are responsible that theyhave disbursed the money. but she doesnt know where. just yesterday my mum got a text that nmfb have succesfully opened an acct for her. i quickly downloaded the nfmb app to see if there was any money in the account and there was no money in it.. this got me asking where exactly is the money self? its been disbursed but not in her account

See,no one can give you a definite answer. you can only hope and wish your payment comes soon. Just as no one knows when his application will be approved even despite many who applied later times got approved. I hope you know some people applied before you and yet to be approved till now, same thing applies to payment; someone who gets approved after you might get paid before you. That's Nirsal for you

Some were lucky to get paid within days of approval and acceptance while some took weeks and even some months.

But one thing is clear, provided your bank acct is fine, you will get paid sooner or later.
