Social media 101: if you can comfortably say on a faceless public forum that you have xyz assets and abc in the bank, you are an audio boss! Person wey get can never ever try stating his assets and properties knowing all the stupid criminals that lurk around here trying to get info. They stay very coded. We get ogas here wey dey drop financial wisdom from time to time but you will never ever hear them telling you how many houses, cars, billions, international wives, trucks and even jeans wey dem get But when you are a commoner earning 400k and dreaming to make it in life, it is very easy for you to come here and tell the world how much of a boss you are. Projecting your dreams for idiots. This thread na real cruise 6 Likes |

So belittling because you come to forums like this to get knowledge and personal experience on how to build passive income and generational wealth. Then one runs girl will be telling you rubbish because it is a faceless forum. When your school mates are already red necks and heading to become generals. Then your uni mates/friends are contesting as governors in thr states, some are state house members, some are legislators plus the one that has been contesting for presido. The ones in private/cooperate sectors are are big boys as directors. Some are already holding first class royal title I guess is the price you have to pay to get the knowledge you are looking for since you are not paying physical cash.Lady is not your fault ...walahi.IThen she thinks you changed moniker to respond to her class. For Pete's sake ,I am done with you 5 Likes |

Now this is very serious so if una like don’t take me seriously again There are monikers here that come to ask ‘innocent’ questions that if you are not paying attention, you will not know their ulterior motives. They pretend like they are part of the discussions and start asking questions like : how can I access a dead relative’s bank accounts? How can I claim dividends of a dead person? How much does a bank manager make? Do they make up to 3m? I am just asking for a friend. How can I use fintech to transfer money?I am an old school guy and I don’t know how to do online transfer. Can someone teach me how to transfer money from a dead person’s overseas account? Please know that these are criminals! They are here for a reason. Blend in and get information. Don’t respond to them!!! 5 Likes |

Like Sea trade said, she is nobody in real life. No well to do person will dedicate the kind of time she is dedicating to snoop on people's old comments just to use it against them when they are not being paid for it. She saw nothing in my previous comments to use against me then she used i'm the type that live in China in the name of living abroad when i dont even live in China. Thats how petty she can be. emmanuelewumi: Admitandtly I don't know Lagos tenant law. But would a tripartite agreement help if a tenant simply decides to stay even after their term ends? I would probably condition the sale on the seller emptying the house. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 6:38pm On Apr 11, 2021 |
IjeBos: Legally binding agreement, means the lawyer must go to the court to stamp the agreement and pay the necessary fees to government |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ojesymsym: 6:49pm On Apr 11, 2021 |
I recall someone advising putting a clause in the purchase contract to hold on to part of the payment until the previous tenants are gone, I think that can help. Some buyers hold meeting with the new buyers and alert them of the change in ownership and sometimes sign an agreement with them that gives them 3-6 months to leave after their rent expires. emmanuelewumi: 1 Like |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by IjeBos(m): 7:12pm On Apr 11, 2021 |
emmanuelewumi: I understand it's a legal contract. The issue is the enforcement mechanism if someone decides to disregard that legal contract. In the US the eviction process can take up to 6 months. Unfortunately in these situations contracts are only as good as the enforcement mechanism. And as I said I don't know the tenant rights/laws in Lagos. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 7:29pm On Apr 11, 2021 |
IjeBos: If you are owing for 6 months ie for an annual tenant, your eviction can be perfected in 4 weeks |
