Hmmm,ur fact is a lil bit baseless cuz most northerners are a lil bit good at reading but lack that knowledge of understanding.Putting this straight for you,if an average student from the south goes to study at north many comes out with first class at least second or third class.

Note:Northerners are not that really educated,rmb to explain how good education is,to your fellow northern brothers and sisters.

Idiot read again. it says that the Northerns first class Graduates competed with first class Graduates also from the south but they fell short. "It like 500 FC graduates from different part of the country and different schools competing"

I personally know a former colleague that cried when he knew buhari won the election in 2015.

2016 when he took the exams again, buhari order the whole exercise be suspended after he had passed and he's name was shortlisted and published in all the papers

The guy would have been in abroad by now but he's now working in a good firm though.

How did Pantani perform better than others at the screening?

A Digital Economy Minister who could not offer a detailed explanation of how digital currency (criptocurrency) works.

Tell us his performance at the screening.

Pantani would have been a better Minister of Islamic Affairs.

He nepotically convinced Buhari to take NIMC out of Min Of Interior and later got money voted for the on going registration.

National Identity is done by Interior Min all over the world but not when the Mallam is in the cabinet.

truthfully, while quota system in itself is not a bad idea(Even the USA has one), it has been bastardized by Northern politicians and use as a tool to benefit the kids of the elite to the detriment of the masses. I think what should be done is that "educationally disadvantaged" should be given an actual definition. For instance, we can call areas educationally disadvantaged if below 50% of the population doesn't have a WAEC certificate. Then, unity schools can preserve 15% slots for kids from these areas. Once the area has a population with more than 50% WAEC holders, the area can be removed from consideration.

I can see how uninformed some people are.
I marked northern students scripts. Is a mess sincerely. Even 10 was added to uplift them. The ministerial positions under buhari is political in all scope of reasoning. So what are you talking about.
This was why johnathan wanted to expose the north through education. But immediately Bihari came in those school built in the north by johnathan was a history.
You should be ashamed to come here and talk blindly about an obvious fact In this government.
