I know about 3 or 4 present VCs now who were first class at UG.
It is almost impossible to get a 2.2 as VC of Fed Univs these days.

She defeated Professor Dozie who is from Ahiazu Mbaise.
Again, Prof. Dozie was already a Prof from IMSU before coming to FUTO around 2010/11.
