present ma. I went to gbagada general hospital to change my clinic. But the stress no be here o. Delivery and everything plus blood test is 49k. Scan not included o and card. And blood donation is a must before they register you. The lord is our strength o. I will shop for everything next month by God’s grace. The lord will guide us throughout this journey ijn great testimony too

My able Cappo, scan today said XY and XY. Oga Sonographer said he's over 90% sure and put it down in the scan report. Wareva, that's what I prayed for so am claiming it. But at the end, after 9years of actively trying (not counting years of not trying), what I truly care for is healthy babies, healthy me, healthy loved ones all around me to glorify God with me. Amen.

I have been offline a while now.

By tomorrow, I'll be 40 weeks.
Myself and hubby is worried as there is no sign of labour pain yet.
Though baby's kicking is becoming so hard and the pains around my pelvic is something else.

I just want to know if this is normal.
My next date for antenatal is friday

Mama I'm doing v well o. Its just d trip to d restroom has tripled, its so tiring. Plus this weather, na who we offend?? I pity our mothers that just had their LOs ooo... How r they coping with drinking n bathing hot water. I bathe atleast 7 times a day n drink cold water like no man's biz.
May God continue to strengthen us through this journey, Amen.

Please I have a concern, I've done 95% shopping, but hubby and I are in a fix if we should buy a baby cot or not because almost everyone around us complained how they wish they never bought or made a baby cot as the LO never agreed to sleep in it and it just became a monument in the house. So now we are confused if to buy not knowing if our LO will actually accept to sleep in it. Kindly share your opinion or experience.

BTW I packed my hospital bag today.....

It seems my stomach is directly on my heart. There is no space in my stomach again. . Im hungry but heartburn won't let me eat. My stomach has shrunk no space again. I'm 37 weeks already and all I get is backache and BH. May teamies hope your case are better?

Most babies don't sleep Inside cot. Mine didn't too besides it was inconvenient for me waking up everytime to pick her up and breast feed. It's easier when the baby was besides me on bed

Update.
November Mama's, let's not forget our drugs o.
Folic acid, ferrous, calcium, bco, multivitamin. - they r very Very VERY important.

Also note that this is d time to take protein as your baby is developing all muscles needed.
Your baby would be using all the protein u provide now.
I would advise u eat atleast One Boiled egg a day -hard boiled.
If u can do milk too, please do.
Meat, fish, chicken, Turkey beans and any protein u think of is a must.

Also note that we need foods rich in iodine now as babys thyroid gland is beginning to develop and function.

I am team September but maybe august as this pregnancy has been a journey. 4th pregnancy, i have a toddler and will stop after tnis. Had Gestational diabetes twice so i am booked to start insulin soon. I have had 2 csections and will do another one. Any mommas here with Gestational diabetes. I suffer from chronic constipation which has turned to haemorrhoid. Feeling better now, was unable to eat the first 14 weeks. But 2nd trimester is getting better. I am also taking Dedeon for anaemia, anyone taking this too

I didn't buy a baby cot for my DD, I only bought those beds with nets but believe me my baby didn't sleep under it ooo. I must lay her on the bed beside me before she would sleep. So it depends.

Chai sorry, you're almost there, heartburn dealing with me too, but I still manage to eat. My own struggle is insomnia, I don't sleep at night till it's about 2am, no matter how tired I am.

Same here. Been having migraine for more than 4 weeks now and the funniest thing is that It started few days after I treated malaria and typhoid. Well, on Friday I complained to my doctor and he told me to treat malaria again, I honestly told him that would be the 3rd time I'll be treating malaria in this pregnancy and we haven't gotten close to due date oh. Well I went to the pharmacy to buy the drugs and glory to God my headache has reduced. Before when I wake up like this enh, I can't even see because the migraine will just be banging my head. Also complained about my swollen legs on Friday, doctor said it's normal swelling and my BP is okay and there's no protein in my urine. So no need to fret. Thankfully, the swelling has reduced. In fact through out yesterday my legs were close to normal. I guess it's the long hours I use in sitting down in school that's affecting the legs. The first day it started, I thought 4 straight periods and was sitting down although.

We are here.I was at the antenatal yesterday and I was told there is glucose in my urine,I was suppose to go for a lab test but I woke up with serious pains,my lower abdomen/pubic bone hurts like hell, I can't turn nor leave the bed since morning.I can't walk with the pains,as anyone experienced this before?that glucose + is making me scared.

Present Ma! . I'm doing well. Just that heartburn started disturbing me yesterday. I took a little mistmag sha. It subsided. Getting a comfortable position on the bed to sleep is another thing. Na God go help us. Shopping is almost done. Na hubby go do the remaining. Keep up the good work, Cappo.
