You apply for the both at same time when preparing your study permit application. There is an online questionnaire that ask if work is a component of your program, you're to tick YES and a column where you can upload evidence of work placement letter will pop up on your CIC account.

The offer letter provided is what i would use to apply for study permit. They actually told me to kick start my application for it immediately as i don’t need any financial obligations to the school regarding that


What I’m confused about is if i want to even apply would i need to show the whole 60k in the account because it a whole lot, because what i initially have in one of the accounts i want to use is half of the whole sum total.

Find attached an email of the school stating that my first installment should be paid by September not even August resumption

To be honest, I don't know if that amount is enough or not, because I used NSE. But you can refer to the recommended amounts on the Canadian immigration website.

Hello everyone, I give God the glory as i just received my stamped passport today.

my timeline is as follows
Nov 16 2020 submitted my application
Nov 25 2020 biometrics enrollment
Jan 25 2021 Upfront medicals (passed in Feb 3rd)
PPR and BVL came in on the 29th of march 2021.

Like they say no two applications are the same, in my case I only had to show a letter of introduction from my employer as my funding document. my employer (government institution) had explicitly stated in the introduction letter that they will take care of my finances related to my study. i did not show my account or payslip anywhere as i no geti monie that time. the point here is that study dreamers should do the best they can and pray for favour, God will surely bring it to pass.


Also, is it the best time to apply for my Spouse and 5 month old baby? should i wait until i resume school in canada ? Please guys what do you think?

The earliest date I got for my appointment at Q-Life was 11th May and this is about 2 days to the end of the 30 days.
Please i want to know if there are any consequences for not submitting within the 30 days.

Good morning house, Please I humbly want to make few inquiries.
I have downloaded and filled the three required form in my check list through the Adobe acrobat reader but when I selected the forms for upload, the document shows it can not be viewed because it is not supported though it was still uploaded successfully when I neglected it and went on uploading but I just want to make sure I am not submit empty forms or doing something wrong.

Lastly, of all three forms two are to be validated but after validating the imm5257b form, no bar code was generated. I just want to know if there is something wrong.

I submitted my visa application 7th April 2021, went for biometrics 9th April 2021. I have been waiting for an email requesting for my medical result and i haven’t gotten it. I’m really tensed about it.

How long does it take to get a request for medicals after biometrics. Meanwhile, can a study visa be approved without medicals? I would like to know pls.

Medicals is usually the last stage in this process and dat gives one 99% of visa approval but u have the option of doing an upfront medicals. Don't be tensed cause the truth is... you just submitted.
