Yes na. It's 4 days it was airlifted to Naija. I'm praying that the cargo plane didn't crash sha because they've been no update since then. I can't even track it to know if it has arrived at my post office yet.

Judging from recent tracking updates from Aliexpress Standard Shipping, 3 weeks from the time it was dispatched to Nigeria, there ought to be an update.

But there's none. It's weird though because this is my first time shopping online. Hopefully before next friday i'll get my parcel.

I ordered a Xiaomi Phone LCD screen which arrived in less than 6 weeks. I tested the screen without installation, it booted but wasn't visible because there is no back light. I can only see the display items if the room is dark. Additional problem is while it is on, the entire display will start turning to different colours red, blue, green or turn into colour bars shown on TV in those days.

I chatted with the seller and sent him video. He only proposed a $5 refund for an item I paid $21.

The dispute has 2 options, either partial refund or full refund/return with seller consent.

What's the best way to and how is the return shipping.

Before I click confirm received, I make sure the item is working for like two days,
Because once u click confirmed received, the money is released to the sellers by aliexpress that is holding the money after u ordered the item,
Don't make such mistake next time

Actually, from the day you confirm receiving the item, you have 15 days to open dispute. It is my belief that it's after that 15 days, which means you can't open dispute or return the item that the money is given to the seller.

Besides, I didn't confirm receiving the item, I chatted the seller first. I was hoping he will do right by sending me another one but he was just trying to convince me to accept a loss.

I confirmed receiving the item after we could not agree then opened dispute a day later.

All you need to open a dispute immediately without clicking confirmed,
Then on the dispute reasons ,choose you received the item but its not as expected
Then upload video evidence and pictures ,aliexpress will handle the rest,

I opened a dispute because I like using fingerprints a lot
I requested for 6k to be refunded out of 10k, with videos and pictures,
I never charted or contacted the seller because I have no business with him,
Aliexpress handled everything and refunded me 6k

So I'm using the phone without fingerprint

So on Jan. 10 i ordered three item of aliexpress and then 10 days later ordered a thumb drive.

I got a call in February from the post office that I've got a package, it was the thumb drive and i was astonished a bit.

Two weeks later i got another from the initial three that i ordered earlier and since then nothing more, the buyer protection ended and i had to open dispute for the two i didn't receive (got my money back) but i did ask the sellers if they shipped my item and they said they did apart from that they seem like good sellers 4.8 ratings and over 5k order and there is this one seller always giving out coupons like guguru and ekpa and i felt sorry for the guy.

Is it still possible i receive my items, perhaps it Nigeria Post problem.

promise 'em if i receive the items eventually i will re order just to get them their money.
