The Supreme Court subsequently declared Ibezim as candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the December 5, 2020 by-election and also as winner of the election.

Ibezim had been kicked out as APC candidate on account of irreconcilable differences in the names on the certificates he presented to secure nomination and for supplying false information in his other documents.

It appears our Judges are now Aiding and Abetting Criminality in Nigeria now.
Ibezim forged his WASC Certificate (Oluwole!), that much is obvious so, why is the Judge trying to use TECHNICALITY to quash the previous decision?
Who is Bankrolling this Supreme Court Judges?
Anyway, the judgement is "non-declaratory", unlike the previous ones of the lower Courts, it did not ask INEC to issue Ibezim a Returning Certificate, so Ararume still remains the sitting Senator.

The S.C only reverses the former Judgements, to allow Ibezim contest again next time, since he did not participate in the last election.
