I did a mix of high quality Nigerian tiles and some granites in some areas. Not luxurious but very good quality.
I only said I wanted one area I will go luxurious that would give the house that one huge appeal to those who enter it.

This was last year, about 6/7 months ago. I paid him 3.1m to supply roofing materials to my site. All I got from him was excuses. Hsl-broker never came back here to dispute my claims. I'm happy N3xt was able to step in and got everything sorted out for this client.

He blamed it on family situation. After he settled me, I even promised to help him get things right if he wants to do a legit business and could even engage him again in the future. I believe in second chances if one is remorseful.

How did I know mount moriah is hsl-broker? The name and GTBank account number the client posted gave it away.

If he has truly turned a new leaf, I encourage others to patronize him, now that there's someone like n3xt who is willing to step in whenever there's an issue. I'll feel comfortable doing business with someone from kobocity. The only thing nairaland did was to banned him after I posted the screenshot of the transactions/chats.

I have satisfied some people here, and some we had a little fallout due to one circumstances or the other, if @focusmind don't have gave this job to @Adedward now, it is my name he will shouting here, I was open him, i told him about my predicament, I also told him, am outsourcing this work out to another nairalander's

If he was not aware that I outsource this windows out now to @adedward he won't know AdEdward is part of the artisans that destroy the life of the contractors that took project and give it out and the executors end up doing otherwise at longrun who carries the blames the contractor.

Quick question.
Do i need to fix the conduit pipe for electrical along with the roofing wood. I'm on limited budget, roofing sheet ready but doing a electrical piping along with it as i heard is a factor as i dont hv funds for it now .
