A minister is a politician who heads a ministry, making and implementing decisions on policies in conjunction with the other ministers.

A perm secretary is the most senior civil servant in a ministry.

We know that one man can't be bigger than the government. The evidence is clear that the minister is unfit and a security breach to national security. The government should wield the big stick and see him out if he doesn't resign.

Yes, there are procedures in Nigeria.

There is what is called bureaucracy, because of bureaucracy, it becomes very hard for a single individual to try to illegal things.

You think all the corruption going on in the civil service, do you think it is a 1 man show

It is not, it takes 10 to 100 people to commit a crime in government agencies.

Fyi, the minister is not the head of a ministry, the perm sec is.

A Minister comes and goes, perm sec lives till retirement age.

The perm sec controls a ministry and a perm sec can over ride a minister.

Perm sec are civil servants that implement policies, a minister is just a political appointee responsible for making policies

A minister comes and go but a perm sec heads a ministry till retirement age.

The idea that patami runs every show in his ministry is pure ludacris, government job isn't a 1 man business
