I bought an Itel P16 6 weeks ago. Its battery is great, can last a whole day (4000 mah). The camera is okay (If you're looking for super sharp camera up your money) and has a lot of apps. I bought it N26,000 at 3C hub. That price is with screen protector and theft insurance. There is also a Nokia you can get for 30k. But I'm only able to vouch for the Itel P15.

truth is getting a phone with such specs for 35k is rather a far stretch considering how hign the prices of things are now, ordinary torchlight phone of 1500 before is now 5k, but @op if you can up your budget you can get the tecno spark go for about 45k

You may want to consider LeEco phones on jumia first. They are Chinkos made in USA for USA market. They're durable/quality devices but the company that made them folded up and they're being sold below their original market prices.
