That is because it haven't gotten to the time. According to your screenshot you can file for dispute from 19th(Tomorrow), but even at that wait till Tuesday or Wednesday before filing for dispute.

I've been following the thread and I honestly find it very educative, none the less I still haven't gotten an answer to how long it takes for IMPC Lagos to deliver items to Asaba and from there to Agbor. Images of tracking is attached. Please how long do I have to wait till I'm called to come for pick up?

Update guys: got a call from my local PO around 2:10pm to come pick up a package. Just picked up this package. The tracking still hasn't changed tho.

Registered items - 7 to 14 days after arrival in Lagos

Unregistered items - 25 to 35 days after arrival in Lagos

Expect a call for pickup by middle of next month.

Na wa o, I chose AESS while ordering for this item o, I don't understand how the seller sent it out using unregistered method. Thanks for the tip anyways, the seller can like to collect 1 start in peace and he/she better prays the item doesn't have issues.

If you are sure you paid for AESS, you can request for a refund for the balance and AE will gladly approve it.

Apparently, AESS was the only shipping method available at the time and it still is the only available shipping method for the item. And it's even untrackable on AliExpress.

It's yet to arrive, when it reaches nigeria it'll reflect in your tracking page since it's a registered parcel

It is still at IMPC like they said at MMA, from there, if your final address is Lagos, it is sent directly to the post office but outside Lagos, it is sent from the airport to the State Post Office HQ, who will then pass it down to the final post office.

Probably with Nigerian customs.

I've had an order like that before, I went to the post office to ask about it, one of the guys pulled out his phone and was able to track it and told me it was being cleared by Nigerian customs.
This was pre covid19

My questions was how were they are able to track it, and since it's in the country, then why hasn't the tracking been updated, because it was still showing in transit.

Any how I eventually got it after a few more days of waiting.
