Take note that the tax office that you process your tax clearance is determined by the type of business registration you have. If you have a limited liability company registered with the CAC, then your tax clearance would be issued by the FIRS, where however you have a business name registration with the CAC, your tax clearance would be issued by your state of residence tax office. The documents and requirements also differ. odugbemiopeyemi: |

[quote author=Fisherlala post=100910550] You are not applying to Canada, every application will be treated with it’s own merit , UK will not just refuse you just because you have a ban although the ban won’t look good and it might make them doubt your credibility,But make sure you don’t hide anything about the ban when applying. 1 Like |

House I need advice on covid test , my flight is for 28th April to arrive manchester 29 11:50 .I got a mail from turkish airline over the weekend that there will be a change , now I'm seeing the second leg instabul to manchester shifted to 30th 1pm. (I'm planning to get there evisa so I can spend the layover with my friends in town ) Does this means if I'm leaving the airport ,I will leave with my luggages or it's going to be with them. And I read I can get another covid test at the airport few hours bfr departure too ?cos the test from Nigeria may not be valid on getting to uk on the 30th , unless the don't check the test result in Lagos ,( would have said I will take d test around 4pm on 28th since my flight is 8pm |

Experience at the MMA was quite intense despite having all required documents , upon arrival at Heathrow was also intense as the immigration officers did their part. In the end it ended well already recieved my test kit, conducted my day 2 test. I look forward to stepping out soon. Weather quite cold but still cool. |

Well, some people got their visas without the tax clearance. The only country I have been to which specifically requested for tax clearance is Japan odugbemiopeyemi: |

Good morning guys, Hope we all are doing well? Am currently about to submit my wife's dependent visa application as am on a Tier 2 visa and I need your take on what we have done so far to proof financial/maintenance requirement: 1. I Work for an 'A' sponsor company, so submitting my six months payslip since am paid above £30k per annum 2. Submitting my and her six month bank statement 3. Saved up at least £1k in my account and £1k equivalent in her account in Nigeria for 28 days which will reflect in the bank statement. 4. Also submitting my COS even though it doesn't reflect her maintenance on it, just cover basis. Please guys your advice and suggestions will go a long way, just want to be sure am on the right track to avoid stories that touch. Thanks ![]() |
