I have come to understand there are unique cases for everyone hence the reason why apps like Wine & cygwin exist and are been maintained.

I have thought of taking up a personal task, I want to try LuaScript and see how one can configure awesomewm to his own taste. I have awesomewm and do not like the current theme I have.

Yes dual boot, but for now still use your Windows most SD cards are fake so I knew it would be corrupted. Just use windows for now.

No, I used the USB method. Just leave it for now. I wanted to run it from USB so you can see how it feels like without altering your drive.

Prob might be the exfat issue , doesn't Linux support ExFat by default install ntfs-3g, the error is even in the message

I tried this earlier but did not work.

I run 2 Linux distros Mint and debaian
Mint has no issues with it
