With a guaranteed position in the money spinning Super League the Glazers will never be interested in firing Amaka. There is no incentive to win the EPL title when winning it or making Top 4 is no longer a prerequisite for making the Champions League.

Whether United comes 2nd or comes 12th the money from the Super League is guaranteed. No matter how badly Amaka performs, at the end of the season the Glazers are sure of making more money next season.............which is all they want.

This Super League actually guarantees Amaka a long and secure tenure at Old Trafford.

Who's to say these players want to play in the ESL, who's to say the EPL won't survive? If you enjoy football you watch it for the enjoyment not who the biggest money makers are.

EPL will survive but the clubs who join the ESL won't, not in their current form anyway. Bottom line is they are being taken out of the PL and CL to play in a money making, meaningless exhibition league. EPL and UEFA won't allow them to play in their competitions.

Being a member alone makes the team more money than that of the UCL winner. Finishing 4th or 10th doesn’t matter, as minimum pay is higher than maximum UCL pay.

The Glazers were initially bothered about the club losing out on UCL football because of the financial perks that come with it.

Now, without effort, those perks and even more are guaranteed. Winning the super league becomes more of a bragging rights thing.

From information I have perused through, clubs will get a certain amount for participating in the SL and the winner will definitely get an additional cash which will double or close to triple that which the UCL offers presently...What I am saying is that the extra 200-300m that comes with winning the trophy is worth fighting for unless you tell me that all the participating team will earn the same amount...
