this is simple, ask him what is diagnosed with. Before surgery is suggested by a doc, he must av done various tests, which hospital is carrying out d surgery? Reports ? Who told him he needed 120k? D written report? For which surgery? It's not about running to all sections playing on people's intelligence with emotional write ups
