Just saw the breakfast Enyimba players had this morning and it was very disappointing to say the least. NPFL seriously needs a shakeup and overhauling.
Were they eating Okpa grin?

I don't doubt any old player. Currently I rate Balogun as our best defender followed by Omeruo. I prefer them both to Ekong. I don't even know how Ekong became the vice captain. But you see, currently, almost all our striking options are a quality upgrade on ighalo. Ighalo is slow, inconsistent and performs only in a low rated league. The only player I would want back in the eagles IF NEED BE is Mikel. The rest have turned to carpenters, farmers and plumbers.

The truth is that because of fake age, Many of our players have serious quality drops beyond 30. Even Victor Moses will be nearly useless to the SE now.

Ighalo is not needed i go just manage mikel sha , i would have taken the moses at inter millan last season, they failed to sign him due to they could not sell nianggolan quick

I still wonder why the great obi mikel will be playing at championship at 34 when he should be playing for those small EPL teams at worst, mikel is stil better than many midfielders in those epl small teams

Ighalo was Nigeria top scorer in the last ANC and is still Nigeria top scorer presently playing. My friend I don't understand you. At 31, you can still give 4 more years to your national team but Nigerians like retiring their legend early. The same nonsense happened in 2002 all because we lost to a world class Senegal team

You like making unnecessary noise.

No be every nonsense you go dae contest.

I dont want ighalo back in the team

But why do we doubt our older players self ?

But if i come here talk say so so so player use football age people go attack me, but once some players reach 30 dem go begin doubt am

Imagine balogun at 32 still starting for the eagles, many of us here even want him at the next world cup, but if players and omeruo and co clock 30 you go begin see negative comment grin
This is where you are getting things wrong andrew. It's not about the age but what can they contribute to the SE and are they still playing professional football at the top level?
Ighalo is currently playing in Saudi Arabia and he is nothing to write home about this season compared to our other red hot strikers, that's what we are talking about here. If Ighalo at his age was still playing for a too european clubside and scoring goals like our current red hot strikers, no one, including my humble self will reject his recall to the SE. But you see Ighalo? He is the last person that needs recall to the SE because there is nothing special about him, the SE doesn't have problems in the striking department and currently our other strikers are doing better than him. Since Ighalo left the SE, there is no matches the SE has played without scoring our the newest strikers missing clear cut chances like Ighalo was missing. Now the SE scores goals aplenty with our current strikers. So the SE doesn't need Ighalo, not because of his age but simply because he is currently not better than our strikers

Ok, so maybe you should mention any SE players that was above 30, didn't retired from the SE, was still playing professional football for top european team and was performing but the Nigerian fans refused or rejected his invite.
My point also is that, not minding the age falsification, minority of them, immediately they clock 30 football wise, they move to backwater leagues, e.g Saudi Arabia, mostly because of the money and they stop performing. So you don't expect them to still be invited to the SE

I reiterate, thank your stars this is online, it's only God that would have saved you. You lack manners and ants like you ends up pleading with their knees on the ground after vomiting nonsense.
I don't have the time to judge what happened, but it seems you also have short memories, else how would you say I insulted you first.
I spoke about Rohr who by virtue of his Job is responsible to all Nigerians, just as Nigeria politicians, but you jump at my mention calling me a mad man.
Whatever your name is, you need to go to your church or wherever you worship and thank your stars that this is online, you wouldn't have gone unpunished for all the insults you poured at me.

Read your posts and see how you are directly insulting everyone whose opinions differs from yours and you didn't started this today, that's how you have been ever since you graced this noble thread.

Take your time once again, not everyone have conscience or human sympathy

Like they say "Ignorance is bliss" you obviously have no idea guys like Okocha are the ones that paved the way for the abundance of African players in the top leagues in Europe. They faced a lot of hurdles those days coupled with pursuit of lucrative conracts taking precedence over playing in a top league. In today's market, an active Okocha will be playing for a top 4 club in England, Spain or Germany. FACT. Please take time and watch games he played and you will see he was a playmaker amd not just a dribbler (based on YouTube highlights). He was a legend and will always be.
Is okocha a legend? Yes he his!!!!!
At a point in my playing life, he was my role model. But as i grew older, i understood why seedorfs zidane pirlo got better deals and it was not because they were europeans(it was all about the football).

Typical African man they will talk down on their own and hail the white or foreign black man. When Ronaldinho and Maradona do it, it's playmaker but an African man dribbling is noisemaking
