In my school those days (ATBU, Bauchi) it could be one of these two;
1. LSV
2. Architecture.
We were over a hundred when we started architecture program, but just a few of us succeeded/managed to graduate with our ancestors - those who were years ahead of us.
Lands and survey (LSV) was worse. I remember one year, only three persons graduated from that department.
