Operatives of the Eastern Security Network ESN and Nigerian soldiers are currently engaged in fierce fire fight in Awo-Omamma in Oru-East Local Government Area of Imo state, eye eyewitness has informed IgbereTV.

Witnesses report said there were heavy shooting and residents took cover to avoid stray bullets.

The ESN, a security vigilante set up late 2020 by the Indigenous People of Biafra to protect the Eastern part of the country from killer Herdsmen, have been having running battle with Nigeria security forces.

We’ll keep an eye on the development and bring you more details as events unfold.

Is it Haram for the Army to ALSO engage the Bandits and killer Fulani herdsmen in gun battle?

Why are they always showing power on an innocent organization set up to protect lives and properties of SE people?

Our politicians have divided us.. Weda you agree or not lives will be lost if this is true, both the ESN members and armies will lose their lives, these people have families, they are fathers, uncles and brothers, while the useless politicians together with their kids stay in the comfort of their homes or fly abroad while watching from afar.. The country is gone really.

Nigerian army or Fulani army?

ESN is engaging licensed Fulani terrorists in uniforms.

They are fighting for Fulani herdsmen and not Nigeria.

I hope ESN deals thoroughly with them as they would, the murderous herdsmen...cos they are all the same.
