Fact is...they have successfully devalued the #10 note..I mean it's now utterly useless.

10 naira satchet is now 20 naira .... You won't blame the water factories because the cost of production has increased drastically because of our awful country.

This means there is no clean pipe borne water that we can drink?
Many of these "pure water" are unclean. You need to see some production areas. Unsanitary. No equipment.
They just fill a tank with water and start sealing.
