Maybe for the camry but you see that corolla, I'm not sure whoever you have there will want to buy for you because you will hardly beat the price its being sold in Nigeria.

I may be wrong but I doubt dru23 will bother trying to buy that vehicle for anyone here.

How those dealers make profit on that vehicle, I don't know. You should see the way they try to outbid each other during auction.

And some of those vehicles despite the ridiculous price at auction will still require additional $275 or $625 dollars if its a non runner or a forklift unit.

Better save yourself the headache and buy from here if you insist on the corolla but if you can look into other makes preferably not toyota, you can make significant gains importing yourself as against buying here.

You do have a point ... You know me very well....the stress is too much for those cars .......

lipsrsealed A large percentage of vehicle importers are money launderers/ into fraudulent activities. When vehicles gets to Nigeria and sold, no more trail, they turn to clean money lipsrsealed

This actually makes a lot of sense.

100% agree
That’s why are ready to sell at a price a regular car dealer cannot beat.

Share what happen between you both, if it is not a case of rider trying to cheat driver. This is not the place to do that.

How determine Vehicle Spec, and region of manufacture.

Often times, Place of manufacture have a large influence on specification. Most countries want manufacturer to manufacture and sell in the country to reduce importation. Of course, reasonable countries.

So American spec vehicles, will be Made in North America.

The most reliable means is through the Vin of the vehicles.

North American vehicles (American Spec), will have the first number of the VIN to range from 1-5

e.g 2T1BU40E19C181192

The first number is 2. Without decoding this vin, i already know it is American spec cos of the number 2.

So the first letter or number, will either be. 1,2,3,4 or 5

The other way is through the interior.

Americans love luxury. The interior will probably have formaicas. And luxury look.

100%, they will come with airbags.

The other way is through the brake lights.

The full proof way is through the vin, as people can modify their vehicles.

Oh nice!!! This information has been helpful.

I have seen 2.7 before even there was 3.0 back in the days. They just put a limit to it

2017/2018 era on bolt, weekly and monthly earnings were massive, they did a round table meeting concerning drivers earning they found out the money they were giving to drivers was too much, they had to reduce it and put a limit to it.

Then u see drivers earning close to N1 mills in a month, 250k in a week. Money wey bank branch managers can't earn in a month.

Toyota Camry 2007 drags when on speed

A Camry 2007 was brought in with a complain of dragging when in top speed. After driving a bit with the car it was as if the engine was working under alot of pressure, unable to breathe fine.

The car owner ran a scan and came up with some codes; P0128 and P0420. The P0128 was for coolant thermostat Malfunction.

P0420 was for Catalyst Converter below threshold. On further diagnosis we discovered the catalyst Converter was never in the car just an empty exhaust. Removing the whole exhaust reveals more damage done by probably a mechanic previously. The other hollow after the Post-CAT was filled wires (picture below).

After fixing the catalyst and removing the wires also servicing the transmission. The vehicle was back to full performance.
