From the video, Bayern are maximizing profits by opening new front in America and Asia and not just depending on ticket sales. Also, their TV revenue sharing formula is skewed to favor Bayern based on their on field success and their popularity which draws more audience.

The only thing about their model which I don't like but still can't fault them is their tendency to poach all the top talents in the league (They don't go with a gun during negotiations so, I'd rather fault the other teams for doing business with them).

How is the TV sharing skewed to favour sharing? In every league the TV sharing is to favour teams performing well
In the EPL the winner takes more than 2nd, 2nd more than 3rd and so on

How do we poach top talents, If Bayern doesnt buy these players, will they stay? I can list top talents that have gone elsewhere.
