Well, another thing that causes kidneys problems or diseases you forgot to write down is drinking cold water after consuming oil food like a fried yam, patatoes, soup, etc.
This is well known to nigerians which is very bad. cold water and oil are not in a good team and taking this risk can harm your kidneys.

thanks so much, the issue is that almost everyone takes cold water after eating and 90% of food we eat contain oil.
