Food is life.



The first food I cooked was when I started living alone.


I boiled rice, no issues.

Wanted to make egusi stew.


Ended up concocting and burning it up; oil one side, egusi one side, soot one side.



What about you, guys?

That has to be when I was learning and it was the usual, too much salt, too strong rice, too soggy rice, not enough oil...etc. Nothing spectacular.

Non that I can remember cos I started cooking at quite an early age of eight. So, I can't remember if I made any errors. I just grew up to discover Im a perfect cook.
