For some of us that got admitted to PULS, out of the First Semester tuition fees, hostel accommodation is inclusive as stated in the accommodation letter, also a deposit of 500 Euro is expected to be paid when you are in Poland (checking in to the hostel). Will the school return the deposit let assume you are leaving the hostel after first semester?

Wow it great to see this group is still waxing strong. Thanks to all who have been of help. Poland is really a wonderful place to be in it's not easy but it's worth it.

I have something to share and it about accommodation.

Note: the first fee you pay for your accommodation is not your rent. It is a deposit. You still have to pay your first month rent on arrival in Poland. While your deposit is help just incase of damage to the rented property and all.


Now make sure before you apply to a school they have a student hostel. Student hostel is far cheap compared to rent a private accommodation outside.



Now please I beg you please avoid all this private hostels like student depot, starter or las. I am a living witness to and I don't want you to go through what I am going through, thank God I have wat is given money to pay my bill. Imagine other student paying 750-800 PLN for a room outside, imagine renting a 1 bedroom flat for 1300pln with everything inside fully furnished, now here is your guy paying 1550pln a month for an accommodation with nothing inside(no pot, nothing , I mean nothing) just house. And worst you can't cancel your contract except you get someone to take up your contract.


So please run away from this private hostels I stated above.

. It means you paid your rent deposit already. The 500pln is your first rent. If your living you should get your deposit back, that is them no run you street lol

Mehn I've gotten admission at humber college canada but mehn their fee is too much 20k dollars I've already told the agent I want to switch to poland abeg make canada rest

Lodz is pronounced as (wooch). Yes many of the things you said are true. 9ja boys have been doing lots of procreation there and that is not good at all. Why have a child when you have no plans on taking care of the child. Poland happens to be among the few countries in Schengen that is not in USA visa waiver program. So now they are been more committed and serious with everything immigration and border control. Many exploited them when they entered Schengen. But not anymore which I think is very good. Luxembourg remains the place in Europe Nigerians haven't exploited and given bad imagine and hopefully it will remain so.

Sponsorship letter(must be notarized in the UK)
Photocopy of his residence
He must send them through a courier

If you can, use a sponsor here in Nigeria, lately most people who's used foreign sponsors do get bounced back based on No.3. my two piece though.
