With alot of irrelevant courses added to your credit load and toxic professors it will take the grace of God for one to discover oneself in Nigerian public universities.

You just hit the nail on the head Abi how them they put am? The reason why most student in Nigeria don't graduate with first class. A 100l student is doing 14 courses in first semester most of which aren't related to his or her course of study. It is just a mess

Not all geniuses are all-rounders and Not all all-rounders are geniuses.A genius is someone who is like a god in one particular area and he is so good at it that he can think outside the box to solve a problem relating to such area. Everybody has his own area of genius. A good environment will only trigger it.

In his interactions with people in his class there must be something abiding which stands out from the rest. So even if the school miss it. Other humans won't. That's how geniuse work. It not your i.q as abstract. It's your i.q represented.

Absolutely yes you can

I thank God I never had the means to attend a Naija university after passing jamb in the early 90s.

However, I've studied up to the highest level abroad through determination. And in comparing my experience to those of my siblings and stories I read here, I can boldly say those who can afford it, who are still in Naija, should study through distance learning programs.
