Ok. The error code shows that your bank blocked or declined the transaction for security reasons.
Perhaps like u said, it's your first time using it on AliExpress.
If you have used it for online purchases before, then try it again on AliExpress.

But if you have not used your card for online purchases before, then u need to contact your bank so as to allow your card process online transactions.

Jumia is known in Nigeria but AliExpress is an international payment platform. And perhaps, it's known that some people can steal anyone's card and make purchases without the owner consent.

So I advise that you visit UBA branch and tell them to allow your card process international purchases.

Ordered a phone replacement screen (registered item) on March 30th, 2021, the order was shipped on April 3rd, 2021. The order arrived in Lagos on April 23rd, 2021. It then arrived at my PO on April 29, 2021, and I picked it up today April 30th, 2021.

Now I am hoping that the screen will work without issues.

Now I've tried using an Access Visa card and now it's telling me spending limit exceeded when I haven't made any purchases with the card and what I'm buying is just $140.

Can someone advise on the cheapest bank debit card to shop on Aliexpress.
I recently used Zenith Mastercard , the charge was around N440/dollar , and I think that's kind of high...... I don't know if anyone knows a cheaper bank rate to use.
