Her parents were highly against the relationship initially but when they become tired of us, they allow us to do our thing but never involve them if something happened. fast to December last year, we got married. I was not even able to pay 1h to her parents. she just pack her things and join me in my house. we were the happiest couple on Earth till things started going north.

First, we agreed to do many things in the farm against hunger next year, we started with melon farm, then groundnut and yams. we were still on this and I must confess that she is hard working but pregnancy came and this girl started misbehaving, she will not follow me to the farm again and will not even cook for me. One night, she sent me out of the room in the night that I must get bananas for her to eat. I suffered that night till I got it from one woman on credit cos I was not having money on me. last month, she was sick and visited one private clinic, I was to give her 10k for her treatment but did not have the money so I told her to give me 4days to look for it, there was no insult I did not receive that night. I have to sell my yam seeds and pay. infact, I'm tired of this life presently cos i use to think that she will help me but the reverse is the case now.

Please I need advice on the way forward, I want to run away from home but she is pregnant, her people refused to help us too cos they warned her before.

I think she is just frustrated and pregnancy is also another factor. Just ask God to provide you with what you need to take care of your family. It is never easy with women and again you weren’t in the best place to marry at the time. Just pray bro and i think the lady really likes you cus normally ie hard now to see a girl willing to settle with a broke guy so don’t give up on her.

I'm not a fan of this church though, all I'm trying to say is that this thing is more spiritual than the comments you are reading up there.
And as such, find a solace spiritually to avoid story that might be worse. If it be possible, stay clear from sex with her to avoid backwardness and more financial setback.

Please be patient with her. Pregnancy and childbirth has a way of messing with women's hormones.
This is a phase. It will pass.

She seems to be revolting because she thinks you don't understand her. Do you see the way you said she will not follow you to farm again or cook for you? If this is how you lay your complaints to her, she won't find it funny.

This is not about you. Pregnancy makes some women really tired and these woman can become irritable and difficult if they feel their partner isn't supportive. Being supportive here has nothing to do with money. But has more to do with how much attention you pay to her mental/emotional needs.

Your wife is already stressed and you are the last person who should add to her stress.

This is highly related to what might be happening to her. few ladies do becomes unwelcoming during pregnançy, while some becomes more beautiful. some looks ugly, many became fat. All these are hormonal.
She still loves you, hold to to your queen, feed her more calcium, choice fruit(Banana), burden her with lesser work. Return her misdeed with laugh. She would appreciate you forever and love more after her pregnancy trauma. More importantly, grt more money.

oga you should be the one reading your comment properly. people don't just change overnight. Pregnancy does so many things to a woman. Some women even experience mental breakdown (as in Kolomental). And the OP never mentioned that his wife bruised and attacked him brutally.
