Hi People, I am preparing for a live coding interview for turing.com. I want to ask if there are people in this forum who has done this interview in the past so that he/she can share the question structure.

I failed woefully, prep well on algorithms and data structures. The problem was hard cos I haven't been doing competitive programming but my mind.was laid to rest when I knew, people don't get job that much from them, there ads draw in more devs than job, I guess there biz model is going to be around taking big fee from devs to give them jobs or be like upwork for remote jobs

It didn't go well.

I apparently did not make the cut.

Was asked to comeback three month later.

But that was on me sha.
I believe I was supposed to be able to solve it. But I lacked practice.

I just did the practice test and I got the two correctly

Linked list

....

Mine was a binary tree and one other array and object related DSA. I was able to pass the latter and that's how I scaled through that stage. just try pass one.

you will be prompted to update your resume. After some months, you will be contacted for non technical interview where you'll discuss salary and all that.

Just did remotebase mine was on react, so I can’t speak for other languages. Basically I was asked to build a component which I did but somehow it didn’t pass their tests. Which left me confused, I’d say practice DSA for all other languages

Mine is React too.

What kind of component were you asked to build?
Did they identify your mistakes or something?

I passed just one and scaled to the next phase. so hopefully yours will be same.

i just got approved on upwork. please hope there is no issue registering as a nigerian cos i registered as a nigerian. will it affect my job bids in anyway?? Thanks in advance

It was same thing with me. First question was array related and I passed that one. But the second one was I think graph related which I didn't passed. And I was asked to try in 3 month time.
