Another 1.5B dollars investment - and we will be at Joburg level. If Nairobi expressway toll road become a success - Chinese will invest massively on Nairobi roads - and we can fix our road infrastructure in 2-3yrs max - a few major highways dualized - and expanded into super highways with interchanges.

We have functional light rail - Nairobi commuter rail - we need to modernize it to be like Gautrain. Another 1-2B dollars - and we will beat or be at Joburg level.
