With due respect to all experienced brothers and sisters, I wish to know the best way to withdraw out my monthly expenses from my mothly salary account. 1. Can I make transfer into another of my personal account using mobile apps and describe the transaction as monthly expenses? 2. Can i withdraw all the monthly expenses at once and transfer it to another of my account? 3. Is #60,000 expenses out of #365,000 monthly salary ok? Thanks for your help.. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by royalmu: 10:53pm On Apr 29, 2021 |
Leleky:1. No 2. No 3. Yes, 60k monthly expenses is ok. Withdraw money in bits from your account. The money withdrawn should amount to 60k in a month. Do it like that for 4, 5 or 6 months as the case may be. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by duchess90(f): 3:33am On Apr 30, 2021 |
kcfastshooter: Yes you can get an International Drivers license but driving in the UK is beyond that, you need to also have your insurance and pay your MOT, if you haven't driving a RHD before I will strongly advice you do some driving lessons, take the theory and practical test. UK driving is no joke. |

My question now is that the salary I will be paying myself monthly is it going to be a fixed amount or vary? Secondly... My wife is working in my company as a secretary and she also named as my 2nd director in my CAC certificate, is it advisable to be paying her monthly salary too? Because is possible to apply with the kids later later . It's a private limited company registered with CAC.... My wife acting as my secretary in the office and we both runs the business together apart from people who are working with us. We have a block industry, selling building materials and Auto sales. Does she needed a payslips or appointment letter if she wanted to apply? I think is not necessary for kind of employment she's doing and kind of our business lol lol But I wanted to start paying her salary through my company account so she can present her statement of account as a evidence of income ? Please advise us ....so we can start working on your advise before we apply ..... |

giselle237: Thanks for your response. I have an issue now, I discovered I was charged less for my ihs fee as opposed to what I am supposed to be charged. On the ihs website, I was asked for my husband's visa expiry date, visa route nd visa type nd I used the current student visa he is on to fill those details since he has not gotten his skilled worker visa yet but has resumed work already. Do I cancel the application and request a refund and how long will it take to get the refund or do I proceed an wait to be contacted concerning the payment. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 5:41pm On Apr 30, 2021 |
obeauty21:i am not entirely sure but i feel it is best u wait until his visa comes back OR use his COS to apply... his COS will carry all data about his skilled worker visa and will let the visa officer know about your maintenance(as a dependent) as well bcus it is mentioned on COS. Just so u dnt complicate things further. As per refunds pls contact ihsrefunds via email to enquire Check www.gov.uk |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Fisherlala: 8:00am On May 01, 2021 |
Chinlin: Like I advised earlier, you have the right to extend your family visitor visa based on certain reasons e.g if you want to send more time with your sick family member which you could get an extension of 28 days. You can also extend based on exceptional assurance due to COVID 19 if your leave to stay expires by June 30 2021..you can stay in the UK legally once you have your application logged in pending response, but if you still in doubt you can ring the home office explaining your situation they might tell you to come and get a temporary stamp till a decision is reached. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Fisherlala: 8:23am On May 01, 2021 |
kcfastshooter: You can apply for international drivers licence in Nigeria before you leave but this will only permit you to drive in the UK for a period of 12 months it is suitable for visitors, if you are staying in the UK for a long time you might need to apply for your provisional license. Pls note your international drivers licence becomes void irrespective of the validity date on it once you apply for a provisional licence in the Uk. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Fisherlala: 8:27am On May 01, 2021 |
mekaboy: The sponsor should send their invitation letter and any supporting documents to the applicant so the applicant can include these documents in their visitor visa application. The sponsor should not send any documents directly to a British Embassy or High Commission. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Fisherlala: 8:40am On May 01, 2021 |
Sweetjam: You should submit 6 months bank statements that clearly show your monthly salary and financial commitments. Try to avoid any unexplained large deposits of cash also let your total savings be at least twice or significantly more than your proposed UK trip expenses. The documents you will put together will depend largely on your situation but you may need certain general documents I will recommend Hotel bookings if you do not have a sponsor providing you with accommodation Flight reservations Employment letter Leave letter International passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages for visa Marriage certificate and birth certificate of children if applicable Prove of property ownership etc... It can be more depending on your situation. 2 Likes |

kcfastshooter:Hi!. Yes you can drive with an international license not a Nigerian license but yould want to convert as soon as possible. You can walk into any post office and ask for a form you fill it in and return and your learners permit(provisional license) will come in the post. You can use this to drive but must be accompanied by someone who has a full license. You use this provisional to register for your car theory test £23 and your Car practical £62 test and get your full license. When you buy your car all you need to do is pay insurance,Road Tax and Mot.Note that places you pay to park. Because driving rules and regulations are different you would need some lessons to familiarise yourself with the roads so it’s cheaper if you pay in bulk there are many instructors with their details online. So say you take 20 classes which is the average you pay £500-£600. Best of luck. |

Leleky: The answer to all your questions is YES. I am a living witness because I did that for my junior brother and his wife. His salary was around 140k paid to his UBA account then he will transferred 35k to his Zenith bank as personal expenses for the month. He got 6 month visa and later 2 year visa. After he got his 2 year visa then I used same documents and bank statement for his wife 6 month visa application which was also approved. |
