There must be an issued certificate, use it. Extra proof of marriage is mostly required for spousal sponsorship or EE spousal accompanying, not study route.

Weddings, where both couples or one of the couple was not in physical attendant, may not be considered as sufficient evidence to demonstrate proof of marriage according to IRCC.

If you so much want to supply IRCC with enough evidence, you can consider including an LOE to support the available evidence with COVID-19 lockdown as a reason...

my school said they don't do refund after registration but charge back is the bank related and they have no way of stopping charge back. I have done my registration since April 12th but the payment I made was the part of my fees for next semester

the only thing I can say is that I ordered it with a different email from my application because I use agent and I asked him for the email login he used to register my application but he said he used his personal email that he cannot release the login for me that's why I ordered it with my own email...

Will that cause denial of my visa because my sponsor was not the one that paid my tuition as that person's name was on the receipt of bank transfer?

But the school is meant to issue you a receipt which you apply with and not the bank receipt.

Oga I use Atip.com to apply for gcmsnotes and they charge $5 which is what I told you. Ensure you show that as well.

You don't need the hardcopy. The softcopy is well-sufficient. There are hundreds of people that don't even know how the feel of the hardcopy feels like and they have all successfully immigrated. Save your bucks and use the copy uploaded to your account.

You should respond to the letter by stating clearly that the applicant is fully funded and as such doesn't require to provide mybank statement certificate for his study permit application. Attach relevant documents which pertains to the funding from the University and the supervisor. As for the IELTS, you should evidently indicate that English proficiency is not a requirement as stated on IRCC for study permit application. Provide strong justifications about your academic background and your intended research area in Canada. Your application will be processed through the regular route. If you've not done your upfront medicals, endeavour to do so as soon as possible.

The problem here is, the payer can still withdraw his money from school if Rootiab pays him in naira, which would be equal to scam.

Anyways @Silas12345.. I forgive you.. Please the solution is you need a consent form while applying for a Gcmsnote. You didnt attach a consent form. Like I explained to you in our mail, gcms note is applied by persons in canada only(designated representative) therefore you need a designated representative to apply on your behalf.

What the third party sites do is ask you to fill only the section 2 and leave section 1, then charge you $9.17cad. They fill the section 1 on their own den go to Atip and apply for $5.

So you need a consent form. Google consent form, download, fill and send as a reply

There are now two study permit streams that applicants from Nigeria must meet either stream requirement for their application to be considered as complete.

As it is clearly stated, all or a considerable number of applications for the Fall 2021 session submitted before May 15, 2021, will be processed before August 6th in time to meet with class resumption.

If your application is for the Fall session, irrespective of when you applied, you will get a decision but it doesn't stop you from having a Plan B.
