Nigeria export with great difficulties 2M barrel a day. That is daily 100M dollars...1B dollars in 10 days....40B annually if sold at rock bottom 50 dollars a barrel.

As for Ghana - well that one is hopeless - they export about 8B worth of GOLD - and another 8B show up smuggled from their country

The average cost of used car in kenya is more than 10,000 usd. The taxes are not based on CIF value of the japanase car - but depricated value of old car. Taxes generally are more than value of the car.

I see the average new car in South Africa is about 20K usd.

Yes Kenya need to fix that....those 100K cars are jobs exported to Japan....but roads need to really improve before we get new cars..

The poor rural road will reduce the value of new car so people are hesistant to go for loans for new car.
