Baba Ijesha cannot be charged for rape. He cannot be charged for attempted rape because from the video, the girl consented to being touched. He cannot be charged for sleeping with a minor because he did not get to sleep with her . He can only be charged for attempting to sleep with a minor who is a willingly partner. This offence is small and should not be more than 10 years imprisonment. By the time he comes out of prison, his village people would have left him.

I don't think there's anything in this footage to do anything to baba ijesha. His clothes were on. There was no sexual contact or intimacy. You can't send a man to jail for touching a girls hands and talking to her. I didn't even see the part where he fondled her breasts.
