C of O is same thing with Land Registration certificate .. dat d C of O is only recognized by financial institutes as a collateral for loans..while d Land Registration Certificate cant be use in borrowing money... as for me I don't intend to be borrowing money from bank thoo. So which should I go for. D requirements for d d certificate of land Registration are..
1.. Survey plan(3 copies)
2.. Original Agreement +(stamp duties. 2% of d price)
3.. Passport
4.. Birth Certificate
5.. Form
6.. Reporting Fee
7.. Land Chart Creation
8.. Processing fee
Note... All dis together are not up 130k.. should I apply or i go for the C of O. Dats cost over 300k.

First off, hidden water tank should be included ab initio with the structural drawings of the building. If you are already at water tank stage of your project, it is now too late to ask this question unless hidden water tank was originally designed for the building.

A common feature of water tanks is the weight. Water tanks are really heavy and if the load was not calculated in the design, with adequate beams and columns built along, one disadvantage is that introducing the hidden tank DIY can cause significant structural problem for the building like cracks, water pooling leading to damp walls and algae growth.

Another issue with hidden water tank is good water pressure. You are more likely to suffer water pressure issues with hidden water tank compared to water tower if the design is wrong. A wrong design is the tank sitting flat on top the decking level. A good design should raise the tank one meter minimum about the ceiling level of the house.

Another issue with hidden water tank is access issue. The design should incorporate access for maintenance. And it should be noted that maintenance cost of hidden water tank is higher compared to water tower.

In terms of cost, I don't think the cost difference is significant between the two but operationally, water tower is more effective and more effecient. Water tower is less pleasing aesthetically but I have seen really horrible hidden water tanks.

I would seek the services of a knowledgeable lawyer to confirm if certificate of land registration is a title document or part title document in Kwara State. If confirmed, I would forget C of O.

To me personally, C of O is a legal instrument concorted by the government to scam and dupe small land owners. It is useless for majority of small land owners.

I humbly awaits ur reply... because wat am afraid of is my plot is at a corner piece and lagos issues as given me an eye opener to people their plots fall next to a road.. even tho my survey becons has been planted and isn't a major road. Lagos own if u don't av c of o u won't be given compensation. And I quickly want to apply now before their eye for kwara here open like Lagos own..

Does this charge cover just the sheets alone or is the other parts such as the gutters and ridges also added to the total number of sqm that the installer will eventually be paid. Thanks

over the years with handling multiple buildings as supervised owner. I never had any kind installation of this kind, all I know is installers charge for installing everything inclusive. The carpenter charges for the entire carpenter job, with this route it may not favor either one of you. Even in obobo oyinbo don't do this

The only disadvantage is with a wrong design plan or not using the services of an experienced hand to get the job done.

A true properly done hidden tank gives your house/home a more aesthetic sense. For it to be appealing it has to be incorporated from the ground breaking or from a point where it doesn't make modifications worrisome. If your build is of contemporary type you can seek out n3xt ongoing build for hidden tank. If it's of a different type of build you can drop your design plan to possibly get a free assistance/advice from willingly hands.

At a different perspective of cost and source of available funds the hidden tank is a single unit as part of the original build with the necessary reinforcements.
While making a tank stand is setting aside funds for it's purpose. Because it is a separate project. The type of materials to use here differs depending on what is available in the open market for right usage.

In most cases, the cost of sheet installation are separated from the roof gutter because the gutter are mostly postponed to finishing stage.

I don't think the 150/sqm include the roof gutter (my opinion)

Have ignorantly done d survey.. It was done by a registered surveyor (ex president of d surveyors in kwara state )with seal etc and av spent 500k on it excluding the land payment(av started my fence tho with a security house on German floor level)...pls what should i do

I think I like the first design, its not as beautiful as the second design but will be very easy to maintain, repaint and even add new features as the years go by.

That second design looks very busy, and therefore might need more care for maintenance than the first.
